We ship PAN India through our logistics partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Ecom Express).

🔹 Dispatch Timeline

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

🔹 Delivery Timeline

Typical delivery timelines:

Metro cities: 2-4 business days
Tier 2/3 cities: 4-6 business days
Remote areas: 6-9 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to logistics partner delays.

🔹 Shipping Charges

Orders above Rs.999: Free Shipping
Orders below Rs.999: Shipping charge calculated at checkout based on location and weight

🔹 Cash on Delivery

COD orders attract an additional charge of Rs.40. COD may not be available in all PIN codes.

🔹 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order from My Account → Orders.

🔹 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please raise a return request immediately with photos/video of the sealed package and damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
