Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Opanbox reserves the right to remove listings that are fraudulent, misleading, or violate our policies.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable shipping and taxes. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Opanbox does not store payment card information.

You may not use Opanbox to: list counterfeit/stolen goods, circumvent platform fees, engage in fraud, harass other users, or violate any applicable law.

All content on Opanbox (logos, design, code) is owned by Opanbox and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Opanbox's liability for any claim is limited to the transaction value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
